VJ’s Drive inn
The biggest patio / outdoor dining area in Winnipeg — opened to the public over a long weekend in May. Along with the outdoor Common Bar, where you can get up to 20 wines and beers on tap, about 40 percent of the food kiosks are available. You can’t dine within the market at the moment, although the tables and chairs outside have social distancing procedures in place.
In addition, you can now even dine on the patio at The Forks’ Old Spaghetti Factory, while SMITH’s utterly beautiful patio at Inn at The Forks is now even open (as of June 4), with an expanded social distance permitted patio, along with all their beautifully designed farm-to-table plates, specialty drinks, and weekend brunch service!
